1. Free trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you may cancel anytime before it ends at no cost.

2. Money-back window

If you are charged after your trial ends and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge, no questions asked.

3. After the 14-day window

Charges older than 14 days are generally non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g. a billing error on our part, or a legal right of withdrawal in your jurisdiction).

4. How to request a refund

Contact us at the email below with the email address used for your subscription. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

5. Cancelling vs. refunding

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund a charge already made — see the money-back window above for that.
